I'll take hope wherever I can find it

Never being one to reject anecdotal evidence when I see it, I was heartened a short time ago to see, while driving in that noted bastion of wingnuttery (and birthplace of this sucky blog), Brevard County, Fla., a car bearing bumper stickers for the local contemporary Christian music radio station (Z88.3) and the local, self-described "Catholic Radio" station ... and a MoveOn.org "Obama '08" sticker.

I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it myself. Maybe some fundies really do understand that Jesus didn't teach hate and racism and war.
